I know it must seem like I've been ragging on the Second Amendment and gun rights the last few strips. I'm really not.
"Why do you want a gun?"
"Because it's my right as a citizen."
That is not a legitimate answer. There are dozens - hundreds, even - of legitimate reasons for wanting to own a gun that are not "because I'm allowed." I own a vehicle because I *need* it, not because I'm allowed to own it. Likewise for everything else I own; every item serves a purpose.
So, why guns (a second amendment right) and not marijuana (a tenth amendment right)?
